I sent it back and bought another Smart Living Steam Mop Plus. It cost more, but it works great. I love it! I think it's worth the money. After 18 months, the pump quit working. The heater is working but the pump is not supplying the water to the heater. So much for the second steam mop working even half the time as the first one.
